The code in this patch in https://gerrit.fd.io/r/#/c/9257/12/resources/libraries/python/DUTSetup.py tries to detect Centos host by looking for redhat-release but it runs this on the host not on the DUT. This causes the code to try to uninstall rpms by running apt-get which fails on Centos host. https://gerrit.fd.io/r/9257
