Once CSIT-111 is complete, need to:

• decide on a schedule for when and how often to upgrade Ubuntu base image,
• create an infrastructure to run CSIT-111 'listmaker' tasks on a periodic basis, build new VIRL images, and distribute these images to all VIRL host,
• in parallel, rebuild Vagrant images and push to atlas
