Modify VIRL and nested-VM username/password

      Currently, CSIT images as well as the nested VM use "cisco"/"cisco" as credentials.

      As this is now an open-source project and no longer Cisco specific, credentials should be replaced with "csit"/"csit" or other generic credentials.

      Change will impact:

      • nested VM disk image (hardcoded credentials for nested VM image)
      • VIRL topology file (cloud-init credentials for main image)
      • Qemu CSIT Python library (login to nested VM image)
      • bootstrap.sh script (login to main VM)
