This will allow to compute path without having the data retrieved from the nodes and allow us to improve current workflow:
1. retrieve internal representation from nodes
2. compute path

to:
1. compute path
2. change vpp startup configuration (based on computed path)
3. retrieve internal representation from nodes

It allows us well to use only subset of interfaces from the topology file and having listed all available pNICs.
