Create graphs for ndr/pdr data and make test names links to them. This is useful for distinguishing real anomalies from possibly a noise (natural stdev that would be present if we re-run the test multile times on the same build). I know our anomaly detection should be good, but it is not perfect, and users may want to use their own eyes to decide how significant the anomaly is.
