This is a task for expected fix of VPP-1939.

The expected fix will use a new rdma_create message, which expects a traffic type argument (presumably from some new enum).
On CSIT side, we need keywords to detect the traffic type (ideally from the traffic profile name, if not feasible then from a new suite variable), and use that in our layered initialization scheme (probably in "Initialize layer rdma-core on node" keyword).

P.S.: Device tests verifying the RX hashing works for multiple traffic types would also be nice, but we do not have devicetest testbed with RDMA-supported NICs yet.
