Most jobs related to NFV density tests have primary jobspecs in docs/job_specs/report_iterative/

{testbed}/, in two files named nfv-density-ndrpdr-00.md and nfv-density-mrr-00.md, with symlinks from docs/job_specs/mrr_weekly named vpp-{testbed}

.md where appropriate.
Currently, the exception is

{testbed}

=3n-icx, for which there is docs/job_specs/report_iterative/3n-icx/nfv-density-00.md (missing ndrpdr) and docs/job_specs/mrr_weekly/vpp-3n-icx.md is a file (not a symlink).

Move and rename the files so they are matching other testbeds.
