One [1] change in VPP has broken quic hoststack, the other [2] has half-fixed it. When quic was broken, there really was zero traffic. After the fix, the traffic is good, but there are errors when closing sessions. The current CSIT logic happens to report this as a passing test with zero traffic, which is wrong. Regardless of CSIT logic, VPP should be able to close session properly.
Last time I mentioned this to Florin, he was not sure whether the test app (vppecho) is handling sessions properly.

I am not sure which component should be fixed, but the current state is confusing for users.
