Test suite contains following test cases:

1. basic functionality - configure IPFIX on VPP, verify template and data packets sent to collector

Reporting of different traffic flows - configure IPFIX and ACL, generate some traffic, then expect flow report with incremented packet count:
2. report by source address
3. report by local destination address
4. report by remote destination address
5. report by source and destination port

5. ACL setup with wildcards (will be added in separate Jira task)
