Update VIRL testbed creation to allow specification of centos image

      Update VIRL testbed creation to allow specification of the OS disk image. This is required to enable the running of the VPP functional test suite(s) on CentOS.

      Refactor code to get rid of duplication once Centos images are known to be functional for all tests in VIRL
