Add automation test cases for TLDK

      Now TLDK automation compile/build is already setted up and running on jenkins, and manual test for TLDK is already finished and we are targeted to automate the TLDK test cases to improve the test efficiency. According to the CSIT code architecture, we have design and implemented our test code.
