HC Test: VxLAN delete interface

      Currently, VxLAN tests expect the deleted interface to remain in operational data, renamed to "vx_tunnel0". This signifies it is in disabled state.

      After change HONEYCOMB-204 a disabled VxLAN interface should not be visible in operational data anymore.
