Based on RF logs for long performance tests, vpp "show run" cli command is run after as part of setup teardown, and after the packet flow has stopped. This makes some show run statistics invalid, including the average vectors size. Average vector size value is needed to assess if VPP is running at the maximum capacity or if measured performance is limited by other factors.

Proposal: after discovering the NDR (or PDR) rate, run another test at NDR (or PDR) rate and capture "show run" output while packets flowing.
