Current performance long tests are only discovering NDR (non drop rate) rates, where even a single packet drop causes the search algo to reduce the packet rate. Should add PDR at say 0.5% to catch cases where VPP performance is impacted by the operating environment (host machine, kernel processes). Should be a simple addition - loss tolerance parameter change
