In essence, you need to configure the following:

1. the SR policy in encapsulation mode and the steering policy.
2. a localsid with End behavior
3. regular IPv6 forwarding. No SRv6 at all.
4. a localsid with End.DX6 behavior.

Then this test can be easily modified to carry IPv4 traffic that gets encapsulated or L2.
