    Description

      It looks like NSH packages in nexus are a bit outdated:

      https://nexus.fd.io/content/repositories/fd.io.master.ubuntu.xenial.main/io/fd/nsh_sfc/vpp-nsh-plugin/

       

      It looks like it causes some troubles for HC CSIT jobs.

      After disabling NSH plugin jobs are working again:

      Revert 11088 after NSH issues are fixed
