cannot get Lisp operational data over netconf

      When I GET Lisp status in default state, the response is as expected:
      {"lisp-state":{"enable":false}}

      but when I enable Lisp and GET Lisp status again, the operation fails with Status Code 404

      The ODL log shows:
      java.lang.IllegalStateException: Unknown child(ren) node(s) detected, identified by: (urn:opendaylight:params:xml:ns:yang:lisp)map-register, in: container lisp-feature-data
