cannot clear all vpp:ACL assignments at once

      Given the following configuration(Postman requests in attachments):

      1. create ACL rule
      2. assign ACL rule to interface
      3. remove ACL rule from interface

      Performing DELETE on "/interface-acl:acl" passes with code 200 but does not remove the ACL assignment from VPP. This can cause desync between config/operational data and make it impossible to remove the ACL rule (since all assignments have to be removed first).

      Performing DELETE on a specific assigned ACL, like "/interface-acl:acl/ingress/acl_l3_ipv4" works as expected.
