Unable to delete nat config - NAT content divergence between config and oper datastores

      After running integration tests (Tempest) on 5 node openstack + odl + hc/vpp setup, we can't delete one of the dnat pool-ids:

      Pool 10.195.115.101/32 is present in config datastore, but not in operational datastore, which most likely leads to the error.
