Start up VPP and Honeycomb:

$ sudo service vpp start && sudo service honeycomb start

Wait until HC logs "Honeycomb started successfully!", then restart both at once:

$ sudo service vpp restart && sudo service honeycomb restart

The startup gets stuck at "Providing: io.fd.hc2vpp.common.integration.JVppRegistryProvider" for several minutes, and eventually fails with a timeout.

Note1: the bash command executes sequentially, so the first Honeycomb instance is likely able to connect to the second VPP instance for a short time, before being shut down for restart.
