 hc2vpp-ietf-srv6-static@2018-03-01.yang

• renamed model from ietf-srv6-static@2018-03-01.yang to hc2vpp-ietf-srv6-static@2018-03-01.yang, because of modifications made to original models.
• uncommented/added presence for non-mandatory containers with mandatory childs to bypass presence check for these containers
  (e.g. Node (urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:yang:ietf-srv6-static?revision=2018-03-01)sid[
  {(urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:yang:ietf-srv6-static?revision=2018-03-01)opcode=100}
  ] is missing mandatory descendant /(urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:yang:ietf-srv6-static?revision=2018-03-01)end-dx2/paths/interface)
  This could be avoided if when statements are processed correctly by yangtools (YANGTOOLS-688) and constraints are enforced (YANGTOOLS-194)

• renamed imports for ietf-routing and ietf-routing-types to hc2vpp-ietf-routing and hc2vpp-ietf-routing-types, because hc2vpp uses modified versions of these models. Rename to original names when hc2vpp-298 is resolved.

• renamed model from ietf-srv6-base@2018-03-01.yang to hc2vpp-ietf-srv6-base@2018-03-01.yang, because of modifications made to original models.
• renamed imports for ietf-routing and ietf-routing-types to hc2vpp-ietf-routing and hc2vpp-ietf-routing-types, because hc2vpp uses modified versions of these models. Rename to original names when hc2vpp-298 is resolved.
