When restarting HC with a some more complex configurations in place, the VxLAN tunnel's configured name is replaced with "vxlan_tunnel0".

To reproduce, use persistence files in attachments or follow these steps:
>configure:
1. VxLAN tunnel
2. Bridge domain
3. Vlan sub-interface
4. Set super-interface and sub-interface states up
5. Assign sub-interface to bridge domain
>verify config data
>restart HC
>verify config data again

The issues appears to be intermittent, happens in roughly 1/3 of attempts.
