Note: 55852ms .. .this was last one before HC "came good" and they occur every second.

"At the time" (that prompted the original email) I had:

• started VPP
• started HC and "log:tail"
• did things with POSTMAN
• did things with VPPCTL (#vpp prompt)
• wasn't happy about something, stopped HC, started HC
• "DeadLockMonitor" ad nauseum
• quit VPPCTL
• HC progressed ...

I shot that email to you guys and also pinged DBarach. We webex'd and I couldn't reproduce anything that correlated being in/out of VPPCTL and HC restart with DeadLockMonitor, but I am seeing these for random periods of time...
