Currently it is not possible to read classify tables/sessions if vpp-node (other than permit/deny) was added outside HC.
This was not an issue before, but now we support acl plugin, which uses this feature.

Possible solutions:

• base node could be added to classify tables (but we probably can't make it mandatory for vpp code)
• we could ignore
• we could disableclassify model (needs to be consultedwith nsh and ioam teams because feature is used there
