Error when removing tap interfaces

      we have diffuculties with deleting a tap port, that we can see in config datastore.

      The error is
      Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: No mapping stored for name: neutron_port_668c47fe-e0b2-4b29-ab01-39ea19f7a562

      Interface has also access lists attached. That may be clue.
