Currently the HC karaf distribution is based on a generic ODL app distribution bringing in features/bundles/configuration not required by honeycomb e.g. netconf southbound + loopback connection, global clustered MD-SAL etc.

Remove everything that is not directly required by HC making HC karaf distro more lightweight.
