• Dump manager defines custom exceptions that need to be wrapped every time, extend ReadFailedException (it expects InstanceIdentifier, so DumpManager should include it)
• JVppReplyConsumer should wrap all exceptions in the getReplyForRead and getReplyForWrite methods

This would safe all the wrapping everywhere.
