Check if leafref points to existing data

      DataTree is not checking leafref references, which can lead to leaving dead references to non-existing data.

      Common cases for this:

      • V3po - Bridge domains references in L2 BridgeBased Interconnection
      • V3po + Lisp - Bridge domains references in Lisp Remote Mappings
      • Lisp - LocatorSet references in LocalMappings

      Checking this on upper layed(ModifiableDataTreeDelegator) would remote need for cross plugin dependencies.

       

      The feature is also useful for <validate> candidate implementation (HONEYCOMB-431).
