DataTree used by ModifiableDataTreeManager/Delegator does not contain any attributes,not even the mandatory one's, but while reading config data, every attribute is returned correctly.

This lead to mismatch while presence container has mandatory leaf -> config data contains it, but when trying to add any child under this container, it is resolved as "XXX is missing mandatory descendant YYY"
