Tag can be used to improve state reconciliation if HC fails while creating interface:
metadata assignet with interface on HC side (e.g. name<-> id mapping) is added after succesul request. The request can be successful, but HC might not get response (e.g. vhost user interface creation can timeout).

If infra cannot benefit from tags, we could update yang models to contain them.
