Scenario

• Vpp has data
• HC is clean
• HC attemts to initilize data

What happens is that following error is shown

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Node (urn:opendaylight:params:xml:ns:yang:vpp:vlan?revision=2016-12-14)sub-interface[

{(urn:opendaylight:params:xml:ns:yang:vpp:vlan?revision=2016-12-14)identifier=5}

] is missing mandatory descendant /(urn:opendaylight:params:xml:ns:yang:vpp:vlan?revision=2016-12-14)match/match-type

But after start + init , operational data for subinterface 5 contains also initilized match type leaf
