Make update optional for SubtreeWriters

      If subtree customizer does not define update method for some subnode it manages,

      the update is split into delete and create.

       

      But before applying customizer it is wrapped into parent type by getParentDataObjectUpdate (FlatWriterRegistry@136), which results in invoking default update.
