When using Honeycomb to remove a bridge domain that has one or more interfaces assigned, the bridge domain is removed from configuration data, but it is not removed from operational data or VPP.

Steps to reproduce:
1. create bridge domain
2. assign interface GigabitEthernet0/8/0 to bridge domain
3a. PUT an empty list into v3po:vpp/bridge-domains
3b. or DELETE v3po:vpp/bridge-domains
4. verify status (GET - v3po:vpp-state/bridge-domains, VAT - bridge_domain_dump)
Note: Removing a bridge domain without an interface assigned works the way it should.

The interfaces should make no difference. Performing the same steps through VAT (bridge_domain_add_del) works with no issues, regardless of interface assignment.
