The problem occurs in AbstractCompositeWriter while trying to write subcontainer from grouping. In method update it should enter branch where idPointsToCurrent is false,so it will write subree atributes. Instead of that idPointsToCurrent returns true and by resolving operation to update and that data are not changed,it exits call with no action.

Can be reproduced by calling whitchever write on subtree container.
