Invalid check for interface index in table-lookup functions of SR

      When attempting to configure local sid with following functions

      • End.T
      • End.DT4
      • End.DT6

      sw_interface_index field should represent table-id of fib used for table lookup.

       

      Instead, it's still check as if it was interface index ,as it is for XConnect functions
