Running VPP at commit aa8f63ca4bd73dbb007e8828ed1967f90517aa72

When establishing TCP connection using VCL, vppcom_session_attr() does not return expected local and peer addresses. Instead zeroes are returned. From attached log it seems this happens on vppcom_session_accept() call as well.

Investigating it looks like being introduced in commit de91006803f823a149b04738dd2bbfe18bfe9791. Specifically here  https://gerrit.fd.io/r/#/c/11239/10/src/vcl/vppcom.c
