Classifier holds information like packet counter etc. In order to store information processed on classified packets, a opaque variable can be provided. Memory allocation and freeing it can be done during initialization, by taking size as an input in CLI / API.

One immediate use case is for IOAM project, where the packets classified will have information in hop-by-hop header like the path traced by the packet, number of packets that pass service chain verification etc.
