These is a significant memory hog during make verify at this point in the build:
Jul 31 03:12:48 CXX gbp_contract.lo
25GB memory hog
Jul 31 03:16:13 CXXLD libvom.la
Additional observations:
Arm verify build shows very different timestamps compared to local build - the machines should be the same, is there some configuration difference somewhere? Or what accounts for the difference?
Attached logs shows the difference - *.lo are emmited to log instantly during local build as opposed to Jenkins build, where they take some time.
This happends when building for the first time. If I do make wipe-release and run make verify again, the memory hog is not there.
There are a lot of processes running during the memory spike, most of which use more than 400MB of memory.
