"make install-dep" is checking for /etc/redhat-release to determine the Linux distribution, which it doesn't give the information about if it is RHEL or CentOS. Given the way we wrote the Makefile, it always assume it is CentOS distribution, which will not work on RHEL because of subscription issue.
