bridge_domain_add_del, as documented in the API file, doesn't take ~0 and find an index.  However, this does actually work.  The documentation misses this out.

Well and good as this is, it also doesn't return the index of the BD it creates, so if you do create a BD using this method, you can't find it.  It needs a return type that indicates the BD index actually used.
