in ubuntu bionic with vpp packages installed  [vpp-lib vpp-dev vpp].

when building sample_plugin it gives error:

CMake Warning at CMakeLists.txt:10 (find_package): By not providing "FindVPP.cmake"  .....

 searching packages it seems cmake files not packaged with vpp-dev.

when copying cmake folder from vpp source this error accoured:
