      The failures have been disabled in https://gerrit.fd.io/r/c/18956/ because they weren't reproducible outside of CI

      Investigate the discrepancy

      latest master (91c512913698ebe182c8da1d5d409f42a28dda3b) on fdio-marvell4:
      make UNATTENDED=yes verify SKIP_AARCH64=yes MAKE_PARALLEL_FLAGS='-j 16' TEST_JOBS=16 reproduces the issue
      make test TEST=ipsec_esp.TestIpsecEspAll also reproduces the issue
      make test-debug TEST=ipsec_esp.TestIpsecEspAll also reproduces the issue

      No core file was created.

      Maybe this is just a regular timeout?
