CSIT is preparing a new quick job (to be insterted between checkstyle and other vpp verify jobs) which checks API CRC values, compares them with what CSIT needs, and votes -1 if a crc does not match (thus preventing breakage of CSIT tests not yet covered by devicetest job).

Currently, verify and merge jobs take 4 or 5 minutes to build VPP, but a specific make target would get build time down to seconds, thus saving minutes per run of the new job.
