After Installation of vpp-dev package it is found that few header files are missing which are required as a part of the VPP development package.

vnet/vtep.h missing in /usr/include/vnet/ folder

vpp/app/version.h missing in /usr/include/vpp/app/ folder

Install vpp-dev (apt-get install -V -y --no-install-recommends vpp-dev=20.09-release) and verify if the above mentioned files are copied to /usr/include folder.

This problem is seen even with version VPP 20.05.1 also.

Please include these files while creating the package as it is used in some of our projects.
