AH protocol decrypt failed

      Hi, I test AH protocol with md5 algorithm to verify packet ICV, but it failed. It's probably caused by ipv4 header fragment not zeroed.

      The following Figure RFC2402 described the ICV computation for IPV4, pleased help to check. thanks.
