      vpp: 22.02-release (apt install)

      nginx: 1.22.0 (apt install)

       

       

      Description: Set vpp to work on 0-4 cores, nginx set 4-15 cores to work
      Problem: After nginx is started, the number of threads does not match the preset value, and some worker threads fail after starting
