Have two servers HP Proliant DL360, with Ubuntu 20.04.2. Both servers have 2 types of NICs: Mellanox (MT27710 Family [ConnectX-4 Lx]) and Intel (X540-AT2). The application uses VPP to process traffic. Run performance test with small 64 bytes packets.

Problem: with Mellanox, the performance is much worse than with Intel: maximum 90 Mbps on mellanox vs 400 Mbps on Intel.
