vpp issues seen executed 'history' command from vppctl

    • bare metal install.
      Running vpp (and vpp_agent) inside on a container resulted in the the container crashing.

      Using version:
      vpp# sh ver
      vpp v16.09 built by jenkins on centos-7-805 at Fri Sep 16 23:58:34 UTC 2016
      vpp#
      vpp# history
      exec error: Misc
      vl_client_disconnect:684: peer unresponsive, give up
      vpp#

      Also results in taking physnet down and blew away the dhcp port. vpp_agent also needed to be restarted.

      Running 'history' from telnet connection works.
