Vpp now exposes "message table" a runtime accessible message_crc -> msg-id mapping -
Using that mapping instead of message id aritmetic allows for api client to work if new api was added.
Nevertheless jvpp-registry should check if all the exposed messages haven't changed int the vpp version that is being used. In case of change it should disconnect with error message.
