Cannot resolve DHCP over VXLAN nor VLAN link. There is an adjacency drop on the other side of the tunnel/link.
When this problem appeared?
When access-lists were configured, but not on the link interfaces. Only vpp-acls are configured only on access-ports (host ports).
When ACLs are not configured, the problem does not seem to appear.
